How will we get from Shanghai Railway Station arriving from Suzhou to Hongquio railway Station to go to Beijing, quickly?
Asked by Susie on Aug. 17, 2010
1. If you take train with T,D,K etc as the initial letter (EXCEPT G), the quickest way is to take a taxi if you have a tight schedule. It is about 16 km between the railway station and the airport, and it takes about 30 minutes to go only when there is not much traffic, the cost is about CNY50-70. If you have more time to kill, you may try bus No. 941 which requires 1-2 hours. Or you may try subway No. 1 first to People’s Square, then change to No. 2 to Songhong Road, take the bus 807 to the airport in about 10 minutes.
2. If you take train with the initial letter G, you will be very close to Hongqiao airport as the train will stop at Hongqiao railway station, which connects with terminal 2 of the airport. You will follow the signs and walk about 500m, then you will get to the first floor of terminal 2 of the airport. Follow the signs you will take the lift to the 3rd floor for the ticket hall. It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot.
Hope the above information is clear, and feel free to send us an email (email@example.com) of you have further inquiries or need tour services in China.
