Where (which floor in airport) to take this airport shuttle bus ? how about taxi ? then, how to buy ticket at Hangzhou Railway Station to Suzhou ? which floor and which counter ? is there any G train (fastest) from Hangzhou to Suzhou ? how long it takes ? how much RMB/pax ? where can I see the train schedule as it is on 9/11/2012. So, i need an urgent help for giving me an useful guide. Thank you.

Hi Leong, the shuttle bus from Hangzhou Airport to Hangzhou Railway Station (Chengzhan Railway Station) take about 50mins and costs CNY20 / pax. By taxi, it is about 40mins, CNY100. Airport Shuttle Waiting Room Location: North of Entrance 5 to the Arrival Hall, First Level of Terminal Building. At Hangzhou Railway Station, you can buy the tickets after you arrive there, any counter is okay. Yes, there are G trains from Hangzhou to Suzhou, take about 1.5hrs. Hi Teresa Hong, Welcome to Shanghai. We always suggest our guest buy the silk products in Shanghai. Many locals shop at the Shanghai Silk Building because it has excellent quality silk. The company has branches on Huaihai Road (226 Huaihai Zhong Lu, near Huating Road) and Nanjing Road (588 East Nanjing Road). Asked by Anna on Oct. 23, 2012
Whitney Liao (Oct. 24, 2012) replied:
Hi Anna, China is a huge country, there is a big range from north to central and south. Beijing is in the north while Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou is in the central.  January is the coldest month in Beijing. Heating is supplied 24 hours a day. It is warm inside the houses, but outside it is freezing and windy. So it is suggested that you prepare warm clothes, such as thick sweaters, down-filled coats, gloves and hat to keep warm outside. It may snow sometimes.  And it is very dry. There is no big difference for the weather in Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou.  The average temperature of around 2 °C (36 °F), but it could be bone-piercing cold.  So almost same clothes to prepare. A small suggestion to your tour plan. As you have 3 days in Suzhou, so I suggest that you leave one day for Hangzhou, which was regarded as Heaven on earth together with Suzhou. And it is not far away,  even less than 2hr by bullet train. We can tailor make this tour for you if you have interest. Please just let me know the number of people in your group and hotel level. Then we will send you a tentative itinerary. Okay? Waiting for your good news.

Hi Maria, there is direct bus from Shanghai to Tongli. You can also take bullet train to Suzhou first, then transfer bus to Tongli. There is no direct transportation from Shanghai to Jinxi. We can arrange this tour for you with private car and English speaking guide, for both Tongli and Jinxi. How do you like it?
