Hi Eva, it is a rainy month in April in Taiwan. The average temperatures is 19 °C (66 °F) - 23 °C (74 °F). During the daytime, a long-sleeve shirt or even a T-shirt is enough, but at early morning or evening you will need a cardigan or light jacket.

It is ealry spring in Taiwan,The temperature is between 15 ℃ to 25℃, it may be rainy sometimes. I suggest that you bring some light jackets and rain coats with you, maybe one warm coat for your 2 years old child, it can be quite chilly in the early morning and eveing.

Hi Marcia, usually, the airline company will charge you 1% of your ticket price for every KG which is beyond the allowance. You may check your allowance luggage and the flight price. Hope this is helpful to you.
