I love traveling. It is one of the most beautiful things in the world. When you go to a new place, meet new friends, do things you've never done, you will find yourself totally refreshed. That is what I really enjoyed. I hope one day, I can go to Paris, Rome, Greece, Switzerland, Barcelona, etc. All the places of interest attract me so much. I believe that as a travel lover, you also have some places in your dream, and I am sure, China is a must be. So WELCOME TO CHINA :)

Hi C, whether you will see the cherry blossom at Yangmingshan depends on the weather condition. If it is warm, you may see it. If not, you will have to wait for some days. Usually the cherry blossom is available on Mar. 10.
Yangmingshan is in the suburb of Taipie, half a day can cover a tour there.

Could a kind soul advise what would be the weather like for these 2 places? Are they of similar degree Celsius or extremely different? Are boots still a necessity for these period? Thank you in advance.

Hi Crystal, from late Feb. to Mar., the weather in Taiwan is cool and pleasant, with average low and high temperature of 14 °C (58 °F) and 18 °C (65 °F). Taipei in the north will be cooler, and Taichung will be warmer.
Generally a long-sleeve shirt with a coat is enough. At early morning and evening warmer clothes is needed. Boots is not necessary, but if you like, it would be okay.
