Asked by josephat sylvand on Jul. 10, 2014
You could take a train from Tanggu station to Tianjin railway station, it takes about half an hour and costs about CNY9/US$1.5. Then take a taxi to Jinwan square station(津湾广场站） (around 800 meters) and take Line 3 subway to Tianjin south station.

Are taxis easily available from the Tianjin Cruise terminal to Tianjin Downtown hotels, and what would be the estimated cost, and what would be the travelling time involved?
Asked by Wan on Jun. 11, 2014
I am not sure the exact price for taking a taxi. It is about 50 km from Tianjin cruise terminal to Tianjin train station which is in down town. It might costs about CNY150/US$24 per car. You also could take No. 102 bus to Tanggu south station, then change to No.621 bus to Tianjin train station. This is a cheap way.

Topic From: China Weather in July
Hello, I live in Tianjin, China. My dad will be visiting me During my Summer break: End of July to Middle August. I hear that the summers in the northern China is very dry and rough. Was wondering if there is a city that has lots of beauty and lower temperatures? We speak very minimal Chinese, so getting around might be difficult. What locations do you suggest?
Asked by Austin on Apr. 24, 2014
In July and August, it is the hottest season in China. The temperature ranges from 28℃ to 36℃. It often is sunny. I am not sure if you care this kind of weather.
