9 What is your arrival city and departure city in China?

10 Do you have your international flight arranged to China already? if so, could you please let us know your flight number and time, arriving city?

11 Do you have your international flight leaving China already? if so, could you please let us know your flight number and time, departure city?

12 What kind of hotels do you prefer, 3,4,or 5 star hotels? How many rooms would like to have? Do you need extra bed?

13 Can you give us an idea of your budget per person?

14 Do you have any other special requirement?

15 Could you please let us know your other ways of contacts other than your E-mail address, such as your telephone number or your fax number? Thank You
