I am sorry that it has taken so long to reply to you. Art and I had a magical trip in China because of all you did for us at CITS, and especially because of our tour guide, Michael Mo, and our driver Mr. Yao was amazing. I am not very good at e-mail, so cannot start new paragraphs.

To answer your questions:

1.The person we had contact with was Victor Shu. He answered our e-mail immediately, which was good, because we did not give you much time before we needed plans. You listened carefully to all our requests and more than met our needs, including sending tickets to Hong Kong. You were very patient in answering all of our questions, and you asked us important questions that gave you knowledge of how to make our trip better.

Overall, the time in Guilin was enjoyed greatly by myself and my family. Thanks for your help in accomplishing this.

1. The email person was very helpful and the information was helpful too.
2. The arrangements were great as well as the freedom given to not do everything that was planned. We were given great options and the ones we chose were enjoyable.
3. The Hotel you proposed was not the one we selected. The rooms were nice and the work out facility was average and the restauraunts were average.
4. Judy did a great job from start to finish. Here knowledge, attitude & personality were all very good and we liked her very much. We felt close to her at the end of our time together.
5. The meals were interesting. I am glad Judy accepted our invitations to eat with us otherwise we would have been lost in knowing what we were eating.
6. the sights were good. We loved the boat tour and the cave was incredible.

Thank you the trip was wonderful. I have to tell you how good Olive in Xian was. I have been on many tours in many countries and she was the best guide I have ever had, she's accommodating, personable, knows her stuff without sounding like an encyclopedia. She was simply wonderful. Now…….. I have two friends arriving from the US. They are both able bodied so we won't have the same issues I had with my mother. They arrive March 22 and leave April 7. I will travel with them and would like a driver and a guide (much like my trip with my mother) and I'd like to take them to: 3 gorges terra-cotta warriors Li River tour spend time in Beijing (don't need your help but though you need to know that I need the time) Please see what you can do. I understand the cruise through the 3 gorges fills up quickly.
