Feedback about Tours in China, January, 2002

Hi Victor, Do you remember me? I'm Mauro from Italy and we arranged a travel to China with your Travel agency (CITS) ; I visited you in CITS office of Guilin with my friends. I have already recommended to others my friends to contact you for trips to China; I now need a proposal for one friend of mine that is arranging a trip in your country in April. You should send him an estimate and instructions for a group of people that they could be from 10 up to 20 or more (he doesn't know exectly now) ;all the other details he will put on directly in contact with you; the trip should be with arrival to Hong Kong and 2 days of permanence with visit to Macao island, 4 days to Shanghai and 2 days in Peking. Ms. Angela Gong, Thank you for the Merry Christmas wish. I did not fill out the evaluation form from the trip but I wanted to make a few comments about your service. First of all, your service was excellent. I have recommended you to anyone who is thinking of coming to China. My guide in Wuhan, Mike, and his driver (I can't remember his name) were very nice to me. I felt very safe with them. The Holiday Inn in Wuhan was a very good hotel. The River Trip was very nice. I had good accommodations. I had a wonderful trip to China and highly recommend it to my friends. Best of luck to you and thank you for all you did to make me feel welcome in your country.
