Dear Aileen We are writing to thank you for your organization in making our tour of China the best holiday we have ever had! The CITS arrangements went very smoothly and your local guides were, without exception, cheerful, charming, kind and a joy to be with. They were most interesting young people, spoke such excellent English and we were delighted by the well-balanced programme of visits and entertainment in each city that we visited. We were also grateful for the assistance of your representative at Guilin Airport, who was able to arrange an emergency, last-minute transaction for us at the Airport Bank of China. we consider our trip to China to have been the most enjoyable and memorable holiday experience we have had.
