Dear Sir,
I would like to offer comments on the recent tour of China by my wife and myself.

1.I cannot complement enough the efforts of your representative Aileen Song who prepared the itineraty and arranged the seamless operation of the various people who together made our holiday such a memorable occasion. Dear Aileen, you are a wonderful person and we both thank you for a truly outstanding holiday.

2.The arrangement was excellent. The side tours were most interesting and showed a good knowledge not only of what was available but also of what would be of interest to us as well.

3.The hotels chosen were excellent. The accommodation was well chosen. All hotels were clean, service was good and meals were extremely good. We would stay at all of the hotels again, given the choice.

4.The guides were well versed in the history of the local district. They were all very caring (remember we are over 60 years old both), were patient and asked for our input rather than taking us to places we would not enjoy. We were impressed by their knowledge and as a student of Asian Economic History I particularly appreciated their frank comments. A special word of thanks to our driver in Wuhan, Mr Wu.

5.Meals were a problem as my wife has an ulcer and cannot eat spicy foods. Our guides were helpful in supervising the meals at our many stops.

6.With eyes wide open we could not see enough. In such a limited time we were privileged to see so many things that they all seemed to blend together. The bells in Wuhan were spectacular, the boat trip up the Yangtze was of course the highlight of the trip and is beyond description, the stopovers along the way including the trip up the estuary with the boatmen was something we will never forget, the rock carvings at Chongqing were awe inspiring. The airlines were wonderful and better than our international connections.

7.Would we be willing to recommend your service? Absolutely!! Thank you for giving such a wonderful experience. We will remember this holiday for the rest of our lives.

8.Our general opinion? We have had many holidays - some through organized tours and some organized by ourselves. You have done a wonderful job and should be very proud of your achievements. You have given us a holiday which we will always remember.
