I am still in Asia -- spending 10 days in Thailand. Thanks you so much for arranging the tour for me. Everything went perfectly and I thoroughly enjoyed the efforts of your staff and the arrangements. There was sufficient flexibility, given that I was "solo", that adjustments could be made "on the fly" and timing was not as critical as it might be for a group. The accommodations were very good, although I would have preferred a more "wandering" friendly site in Shanghai -- at the other cities I could go out and there was a very "busy" and "bright" environment. The Ocean Hotel, is very nice facility. Also, on that point, I mentioned in my surveys that (and this is a reflection of my personal approach) efforts might be made to assure that individuals or very small (fewer than 4?) groups be timed to arrive at "shopping" destinations with larger groups.

Taken all together, your staff was friendly, helpful, mostly competent in English (and willing to learn), and very knowledgeable on the sites that we visited. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone whom I might know who is travelling to China.

I have a little advice for you here: While I understand the effort to offer shopping opportunities (and they are useful), and the fact of your arrangements, it is a bit uncomfortable to be the only object of a shop staff's interest. I recommend you make some changes in this point in your future arrangements.
