First of all I apologize for the delay in replying to your note. I've been rather busy since my return to Ireland.
I had an absolutely wonderful time in China. I loved your country and I certainly will return. Overall I was very pleased with the service from China Highlights especially your own efforts in organizing such a long trip at very short notice and I was sorry that we did not meet in Guilin as you had suggested.

I was most appreciative of the fact that all my guides were on time and that my flights, trains and the bus from Chengdu to Chonking left on time. There was a minor problem in Hong Kong when the driver who met me at the airport was sent to the wrong gate by the airline but fortunately you had given me the number for the agency and we found each other quite quickly.

The best things were the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Martial Arts performance, Roasted Duck dinner at Qianmen Dajie, and the Terra Cotta Warriors. Also, the conversations with our guides talking about the culture and daily life in China. The personal information we learned about our guides was very special. We had two wonderful guides and would highly recommend both of them. Peter and Susan are special. Its the personal conversations that we had with them that we will always remember.

Thank you Angela for all of your assistance. We had a wonderful time and we want to thank you and everyone at China Highlights. I'll send some of our photos in a couple of days after they are downloaded and I sort through them.
