Thank you for your email asking about our recent trip to China.

It is impossible to say what was the best thing about the trip - it was all so very good. However, the visit to the Great Wall and the Terra-cotta Warriors were define highlights. The Legend of Kung -fu show was also most impressive and we were delighted by it. We were sorry not to have had a programme of the show.

The cities of Beijing and Xian had so much to offer that we wished we could have stayed longer.

The two girls who were our guides were splendid. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made certain that we enjoyed our holiday. It is always a good sign of any business that the company is prepared to do more than expected - for example, I spoke about food and especially dumplings, so we were taken to a restaurant to a dumpling dinner. It was great fun and the staff as well as ourselves enjoyed it.

1. What was the best thing about your trip?
Guilin was the perfect place for our family and specially it's our own private tour, it's at our own pace and time. We dictate what time to start moving and what time to end the day. The show in Yangshou "IMPRESSION" is a MUST-MUST to watch, cause you cannot find it in any other places in the world!


2. How could China Highlights Travel have assisted you more?
We have been very contented with the services China Highlights and recommend other tourists to use this travel agency.

Dear Leon: I just wanted to let you know we were very satisfied with the tour arrangements we made through CITS and most appreciative of the efforts of Nancy Wang, our guide in Beijing. She was very pleasant, and was always on time and efficient with any extra arrangements she made for us; e.g., the acrobat show, Peking duck dinner, hutong tour and making sure we were checked in at the ariport for our departure to Xian. We felt totally at home with her and confident in her ability to carry out the arrangements we had made with you.
