I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply to your email. Our trip to China really was so successful. Shanghai was very exciting. Talia visited Fudan University and is probably going to apply to study there next year. The guide Susie, who took us round was very good. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very interesting. We liked her very much. She really did more than was necessary to make sure everything was going well for us. We appreciated that when Arik was sick she arranged that our tour could be postponed for a day.

The hotel was excellent (and the breakfast buffet was hot enough!) It had great views from the room and we could walk from the Bund and Nanjing Rd.

We took the Maglev train to the airport when we left Shanghai. It was a great experience and some other visitors might enjoy it too, especially if there are children. We thought it was 40 yuan each if you had a plane ticket but it was only if it was a "paper" ticket not an eticket which we had, so we paid 50 yuan each which is a bit expensive but is good to do once and it is fast!

Don't forget about the suggestion of a map of each city for your visitors ( it could be a hand drawn one) as we suggested to you. Showing tourist sites, hotels, ATMs & banks, supermarkets, markets, internet cafes, shopping areas etc

So thank you again for all your help with our trip, we have many happy memories. We have recommended you and your company to our friends.
