Thank you for helping make our trip to china amazing. Each guide was extremely informative and helpful. We have loved our experience. We forgot to turn in two of our guides sheets. We want to make sure they get credit for being excellent guide. Lancy in Guillin was great. We would give her all 5's . Sissy in Shanghai was extremely knowledgable and sweet also. We would give her all 5's as well.
Please let me know that they will be ok for not receiving the sheets. You can email me something tofill out here if necessary.

Thank you very much for your e-mail. I really appreciate all of your help again. We are in the process of moving so I don't have time to do a good job with the survey in the next week, and I would rather do a good job than a quick job. Thus, we'll send it back to you in the next month with some nice comments. While I appreciate your offer to give me a commission or something, that is completely unnecessary. Please just do a great job as you always do and give my friends guides with strong scores. I will certainly be back in China at some point and look forward to booking with you then. If you do not receive our survey back in a few weeks, e-mail me to remind me. We absolutely LOVED Guilin, and I??m sure everything is going very well there (and hopefully drying out).

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I had a few other places to visit just after I returned from China.

Just wanted to let you know I had a great trip and was very impressed with the service received from CHT. From start to finish everything was done very professionally and efficiently, there was never any problems.

Thanks again for the great trip, I have also filled in the on-line survey.
