I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a fantastic time I had on my trip and how much I appreciate your work, and the work of the wonderful guides you provided. Rita in Beijing and Adam in Shanghai (i can't remember their chinese names unfortunately) were both great, reliable, informative, personable, everything a person could want.I really liked them both.

Also, although she doesn't work for china highlights, I thought I should tell you that my tour guide on my second day in Xian Sharon (qianqian), was terrific. She actually made me feel like a friend, rather than just another silly tourist. If you ever open up and office in Xian, you should definitely acquire her services, she was really good.

I must admit, you really take care of your clients; the hotels were much better than i was expecting and the tours were so well organized, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall definitely a job well done and I will definitely recommend your services to friends in the future. Please feel free to use this email (although not me address) if you want and to forward it to Rita's, Adam's and Sharon's immediate supervisors, I would like them to know what a good job their guides did.
