Dear Mrs. Angela,



thank you very much for your message. In the meantime I came back

to normal. I wear alredy normal shoes again and nothing left from my

misfortune. I was a bit careless when I left a rickshaw in the Old Town

of Beijing. The ankle of the remaining foot twisted in the construction

of the footrest of the rickshaw and I fell down. The result was a serious

haemorrhage and a swollen foot with a lot of pain making it difficult to

run around for sightseeing.



When it became more serious in Xi’an I decided to stop everything,

including my onward destinations in Japan and Indonesia. Due to

this, it was only a short visit to China. But when you are not feeling

well, you cannot enjoy such a trip.



But even the short stay has shown that you have done a perfect job.

Everthing in Beijing and Xi’an was well prepared and it was really a

Jan, Nora, Craig and I would like to thank you for the wonderful visit we had in China. Everything went smoothly at each stop and the guide staff and drivers that took care of us were first rate. Getting a chance to meet you at the office in Guilin was special as well. Thank you for the gifts you gave us.

We are wondering if you could provide us with the email addresses of the guides because we have some pictures to share? Let me say again that each of them did a wonderful job of making our visit interesting, fun, memorable and safe.

We took effort to fill out the evaluation forms as best we could and made some suggestions, I believe. Over time, as we reflect on the trip, we may have some additional comments which I will send on to you. If you have any questions please feel free to write.

1.Overall, did you enjoy your trip? Why?
The trip was an exciting experience for my family especially the kids. I especially liked the guides and drivers as this made the experience much more efficient and pleasant. I especially liked the airport transfers and ticketing as this would be very difficult doing by oneself.

2. Were the tour arrangements satisfactory?
The hotels, dining and tours were satisfactory.

3. How would you describe your trip to China and the overall experience in a few sentences?
It was a very pleasant experience. We were able to see a lot of China in a very short period of time. The internal ticketing and airport transfers were of immense help.

4. Would you like to visit China again (or if you live here, would you like to do more traveling in China)?
We certainly would like to visit China again. The new Tibet train ride seems interesting.

Dear Cheryl:
We have completed our family trip to China and I will provide you some feedback.

Overall we loved visiting China and we found the service and organization of your company was very good. The pre planning was done well and you were very patient in giving me many options for our itinerary. One thing I would recommend be changed is that when a change to the itinerary (mainly flight changes), occurs, your inform the client immediately. In all cases our flight times were different than the original itinerary and we did not find out until we arrived in the city we were to leave from.

The accommodations were very good in Xian (Bell Tower Hotel) and Guilin (Bravo Hotel).

The sites in China are very well presented and very organized for English speaking people. Xian was very interesting and very historical, Lhasa was very beautiful and so different. I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a fantastic time I had on my trip and how much I appreciate your work, and the work of the wonderful guides you provided. Rita in Beijing and Adam in Shanghai (i can't remember their chinese names unfortunately) were both great, reliable, informative, personable, everything a person could want.I really liked them both.

Also, although she doesn't work for china highlights, I thought I should tell you that my tour guide on my second day in Xian Sharon (qianqian), was terrific. She actually made me feel like a friend, rather than just another silly tourist. If you ever open up and office in Xian, you should definitely acquire her services, she was really good.

I must admit, you really take care of your clients; the hotels were much better than i was expecting and the tours were so well organized, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall definitely a job well done and I will definitely recommend your services to friends ...more
