Dear Cheryl,

we are safely back to Italy and we are very very satisfied with our visit to China. We enjoyed every single moment of our trip and we want to thank you very much for organizing things so well and for being so prompt to make a change the only moment we felt necessary to make a change in our program. All hotels were very good, rooms large and nice. At the Bravo Hotel in Guilin, they were particularly nice and changed our room to a non smoking quieter room than the one they had given us in the front street. All transfers were absolutely perfect. We always found the guides with sign with our names clearly displayed waiting for us at arrival , all drivers were very nice, cars perfectly clean and comfortable. Carla and I want to signal as particularly good the guides we had in Suzhou: Susan and in Chengdu: Java; our Tibetan guide, Passang, although not perfect in English was extremely kind and took good care of us as persons when we were altitude sick, providing medicines, checking our health in the evening through telephone calls, thus we felt we were taken care of, that somebody was worrying about us, while his boss was very honest returning the money we had paid for the visit to Gamden Monastery where we could not go, because of our state of health.

My husband and I have travelled for 31 days through China on our wn visiting the most important towns , Tibet, some very interesting Bhuddist places ( dazu and datong) ,taking the Yangtzee cruise . The services provided by Chinahighlights have been very accurate. Transfers to and from airports always punctual, drivers have always driven very carefully, (we went around Tibet for more than 600 km) , we found the hotels very good and the beds very confortable. Most of the restaurants have been very satisfying and food delicious . The only time we had a problem they solved it in less than 15 minutes. We will of course use again their services for our next trip through the northern part of China. Trust them, they are great, very punctual in answering also during the organization of the trip. Of course when we went to Guilin we went to meet our advisor Cheryl Chang and this is a very nice memory for us now.
