Hi Sunny,

We planned on contacting you to tell you that we enjoyed our trip very much and it far exceeded our expectations! We were a bit apprehensive about the tour since we were not using a travel agent and trusting that China Highlights was legitimate, since everything about your firm was only by way of the internet. This was a big trip for us all and we really didn't really know what to expect in China itself. The best part of our trip which we did not realize from the start was in fact the tour guides and drivers you supplied us. When we arrived in Beijing, Joy was right there with her sign in hand welcoming us to China. As this was really a private tour we became very fond of her and depended on her in everything we did. She took care of us in every detail from translating for us, taking us to all our activities and making sure we were well informed on everything. She was like a mother looking after her children. When we left Beijing we felt like we had left a very close friend. When we arrived in Shanghai we were once again met by Vivaldi. What a fun fellow he was. He took his job very seriously and made himselfnavailable to us 24 hours a day if we wanted. He too took care of us in every way and was very good about trying to teach us the Chinese way and Chinese language. Anything we wanted to do he was willing to do it with us. These two guides treated us like royalty. We will miss them both very much. They both went above & beyond what was required or expected. The other guides we had were wonderful as well, however, our time with them was limited and we didn't get to know them as well as Joy and Vivaldi.

The Great Wall: March was probably not the best time to go to China, however, we saw the Great Wall with snow on it and I guess this does not happen very often. It was awsome.

The Cruise down the Yantzee: Had no idea how wonderful the suites were on the boat and the scenery and everything that went with the cruise was exceptional.

Shopping at the Markets in Beijin, Shanghai and Hong Kong: We enjoyed the bartering for all the treasures we purchased while in China & Hong Kong.
