We planned on contacting you to tell you that we enjoyed our trip very much and it far exceeded our expectations! We were a bit apprehensive about the tour since we were not using a travel agent and trusting that China Highlights was legitimate, since everything about your firm was only by way of the internet. This was a big trip for us all and we really didn't really know what to expect in China itself. The best part of our trip which we did not realize from the start was in fact the tour guides and drivers you supplied us. When we arrived in Beijing, Joy was right there with her sign in hand welcoming us to China. As this was really a private tour we became very fond of her and depended on her in everything we did.
