First, let me say it was an incredible trip for us. China Highlights provided exceptional service in every way. We felt very well taken care of and I am happy to fill out your survey. I will definitely recommend your company to family, friends, and colleagues. I give you a rating of 5+++ :) If we get to come again in a few years, we will look forward to using your company again.

The most memorable attractions: it is so hard to pick just one, it might be a different one for each person in our group but I would have to say The Great Wall and the Panda Reserve. Of the cities, Guilin was the most beautiful and we found we wanted to spend more time in Chengdu and Xian. All 3 shows were fantastic- the minority show in Guilin (my favorite), the Kungfu show in Beijing and the acrobatics in Shanghai (the kids favorite). They were a highlight for us.

The most outstanding tour guide: I have 4 favorites. Becky in Guangzhou was delightful. So full of enthusiasm and answered all our questions with patience. Philip in Nanning was so very kind. He went out of his way to take care of us while we were in Nanning. He has such a generous and kind spirit. Grace in Guilin was exceptional! She was very flexible and devoted her time to us to make sure we had an incredible time while there. She worked out a different schedule for us so we could have a little time to rest. She also provided extra activities for us and helped us find a place for lunch on our free day. She went above and beyond all expectations. April in Xian was adorable. She was very easy to talk to and has a great grasp on the history in Xian. We wished for more time with her in that great city.

Hotels and food: The meals were all delicious. I think our favorite restaurant was McFound there in Guilin :) The hotels were all exactly what we needed- very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed trying all the different dishes and were always surprised and pleased when finding new favorites. All the breakfast buffets were wonderful, especially White Swan. I have to say we loved the lunches provided by your service. It was great to just sit down and have all this wonderful food brought out to us without having to order. I will definitely recommend your company to family, friends, and colleagues. If we get to come again in a few years, we will look forward to using your company again.
