The paragraph below expresses my additional comments about China Highlights: I really enjoyed working on planning my travel itinerary with China Highlights agent, Candy Wei. Since I have previously lived and worked in China, I know that traveling in China can sometimes be frustrating or that unanticipated problems may present themselves in the process of getting from one place to another.
I was impressed with the way China Highlights managed a river boat cruise that I organized and booked for a group of friends about 4 years ago. The section that was booked through China Highlights was the only part of that travel tour that went well so I decided to make life easy for myself this time and turned over nearly all of the arrangements for our trip to your agency. I've been very pleased to discover how your agency has grown and developed in the years since I used your services previously. You now offer all sorts of custom tour options that I very much appreciate--I usually hate to use a tour agency as I very much like to see and do things outside of the standard tourist attractions. You've made it easy for me to travel and tour as I normally would on my own, but without me being forced to struggle with the language barrier in arranging all the needed services. Thank you!
