Firstly, whatever other comments I want to make, I must thank you for all your help in arranging every detail of a fabulous holiday. We had a wonderful time, and every aspect of our holiday worked smoothly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending China Highlights, and you personally, to any of our friends who might contemplate a visit to China (and there may be some when I tell them what a good time we had!)

Best thing about the trip - I think the huge variety of places that we visited, every one of which was so interesting.
Hotels-they were both superb
Suggestions:We enjoyed the Muslim quarter very much, and also the"Ancient-styled Folk House at No 144 of Bei-Yuan-Men, Xi'an", which we found once our guide had left us, and visited on our own - well worth including in any tour of Xi'an. We also went to the Peking Opera as well as the KungFu show (I thought we had asked for this to be included, but possibly it never quite made it into the final itinerary)
Overall, we were impressed with the attention to detail on all aspects of our trip, and the informative and caring services of most of the guides and drivers. The standard of accommodation was uniformly high, and everything worked "like clockwork" as we say in England!
