From the moment we left Guilin, we started to miss you and your charming personality. You took such good care of us and our time in Guilin! Thanks to you we had a wonderful time and a good impression of your country and city. We are leaving China in a few hours - on our way to Dubai and then to Paris before returning home to the U.S.A. on October 10.

Today is your national holiday and I hope you are enjoying it. I know you have a new group starting today, but I hope you will have some free time to enjoy yourself. You are such a hard-working young lady and deserve the best of everything.

Sorry for the late reply, but our trip continued on to London and Spain after China, and we have just returned home on the weekend.

 We'd like to share some of our trip experience with you. The Great Wall was the most memorable attraction we visited, such an awesome structure!  Jay was our tour guide, and I speak on behalf of our whole group when I say that Jay was extraordinary. We have been on different tours all over the world. and Jay was by far the most professional, friendly, patient, and informative of them all. She went above and beyond her role as tour guide, and even made recomendations for additional activities in the evenings, such as restaurant, shows, and shopping locations. My mother was not feeling very well, and Jay was very patient and understanding with her. Jay ensured that our visit to China was a perfect experience, and we all thank her deeply for that. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Thanks for all your help. We are interested in returning to China in a few years. Guilin, specificaly the Li River, was a beautiful area.Although they were all good, Betty was our favorite. She had a vast knowledge of Beijing and had the best grasp of the English language. But we did like all of them.The hotels all had excellent accomodations and service. The Penninsula was overall the best, but they were all good.

Thank you very much for your arrangement for our trip to China.  The coordination was quite well done, and your agents contacted us at least one day before our departure to SuZhou and Hangzhou.

We left Shanghai on 18 September and was not affected by typhoon or tropical storm throughout the journey.

Dear Karen
Just wanted to thank you again for your super organization and the chance to meet you in person.  Michael did a great job for us and we enjoyed our visit to Guilin and Yangshuo.  FYI -- when I filled in the evaluation form, I only used the 5 score to show the best of the trip.  Overall, the trip was excellent and I hope that the ratings are not misunderstood.
