Dear Morgen Mo,

The train to Lhasa was well worth the problems of trying to get the tickets. The train was immaculately clean, there were even fresh flowers in the toilet and they did not run out of toilet paper for the whole journey! They found the best English speaking assistant on the train and sent her to us to help in any way she could. The scenery was superb and the journey so relaxing that we did not need the oxygen. It was unfortunate that we could not use the dining car when we wanted as the views from there were much better for photos.

The other really good thing was our excellent guide who spoke good English, was very knowledgeable and was prepared to be flexible and suggest really good alternatives to plans where things might be difficult. E.g. the visit to a farm in a village.

Thank you for all your help. I have learnt a lot from the trip and your help has been very valuable. Having our own driver and guide was so good.

Wejust wanted to thank you for the work you did organising our tour in April. We were a bit nervous about booking over the internet, but everything went like clockwork and all our guides were competent, extremely hard-working and sensitive to our interests. We had a wonderful time and would certainly travel with China Highlights again.

Morgen has taken care of our every need through our internet correspondence and his expertise in his job. We have been pleased with the speed of his answers to us and for his care. Everything went as close to what he told us as was possible.

We were very thankful that Morgen was able to find an alternate cruise for us with the exact time schedule that our entire 30-day trip had already been planned around. That was wonderful. The financial compensation for changing from the President 1 to the Three Kingdoms was to be picked up at the railway station and to stay in the Guobin Hotel in Yichang was an excellent choice offered by Morgen. Cindy and the staff at the hotel gave us excellent care. They even wrote out taxi directions for us to be able to go to shop with the local people as we had before when we taught in China years ago.

What can I say? Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Thank you for organizing a most memorable trip for me and my family and ensuring we had a comfortable and trouble free journey at all stages. I was really grateful that you were available on the phone at all times and were supporting us along the way. It is always difficult when you are not in your home country and you made us feel very much welcome to China. I can truly say that we had a full and packed journey and a lot of the success is down to your patience and eagerness to help. You booked the train journey and I really appreciate the extra cabin space.

I would like to say special thanks to Sean in Beijing and Jim in Lhasa, both of whom did an excellent job. Please pass on my further good wishes to them.

I would like to keep your details and in future may well use your services where necessary. The kids want to go to Beijing again and this time maybe go to Mongolia!

Dave and I had a fantastic trip, and your planning arrangements were great. Yes, there were a few minor problems, problems that you were able to work out. However, they turned out to be just that "minor", and not a serious determent to our trip and enjoyment.

We also would be happy to recommend your services and speak to any who would like to hear of our experiences. When we sort through our photos, we will send via e-mail a photo or two to share.
