I just wanted to let you know that we had an excellent time in China. We loved each of the places we visited,particularly Guilin and Shanghai. The tour guides were knowledgeable and nice, and the drivers and the rest of China Highlights' services were wonderful. We have visited many other places in guided tours (India, Egypt, Africa...), and your organization has been by far the best I have encountered.

China has a great verity of sights to offer. One can only use superlatives to describe the Great Wall, The Terra Cotta Warriors, The Three Gorges and the hustle/bustle of Shanghai. The contrast between the old China reflected in the country side and the Western influence apparent in the cities was eye opening and enlightening. The background information provided by the guides provided us with insight into the old and new. Each time we look at our photos we realize how much we saw and experienced in a brief 12 days. The shows were also great. We can't wait for our next trip.

Of course I should mention that all the arrangements you made which included 5 guides and drivers, 4 domestic flights with transfers, 10 nights in hotels, a 3 night Yangtze cruise, and numerous tours all came off without a problem. Each of the guides were pleasant and personable. Their English was excellent. The drivers were professional and safe.

I had a blast on my private tour with your company. You demonstrated excellent customer service, your driver was punctual every time, and your tour guide, Dodo, was very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. The service was superior, all my wants and needs were met. Thank you for the great job!

Overall I really enjoyed exploring Mt. Houshan, visiting Xi'an's famous touristic spots and attractions. I even got a Chinese foot massage which I really enjoyed.

The best thing: The Terra-Cotta Warriors Museum was very unique and I got the farmer sign my book! It is a valuable memorabilia forever. I also got to see places most internationals do not get to see. The trip to Mt. Houshan was a lot of fun! I also enjoyed the program selection, the Tang Dynasty show and the pre-arranged meals, like the Dumpling Dinner.

Unless you have fear of heights, Mt. Houshan is an incredible experience. I am so glad I picked that program. The Terra Cotta Museum was ...more

The best part of the trip was the smooth organisation of our tour by China Highlights and the quality of the attractions and inclusions in the tour.

Our guide, Allen, was an absolute delight. He was friendly, knowledgeable, bright and had a great sense of humour. Along with our driver, they made every moment of our tour a highlight. His love for Beijing shows at all time and makes a very pleasant change. I would like to commend Allen at the highest level for making a holiday such a terrific experience. I would also like this feedback to be passed on to both Allen and our driver. The Beijing Duck dinner and the Kung Fu show were both a fantastic experience
