Hi Sunny,

We had a wonderful time in your country. Mr. Gao (our driver) and Kiwi Zhao (our local guide) were excellent. They were so courteous and accomodating, we unfortunately had to visit your local hospital because our son got sick, but they were so good and caring that we knew we were in good hands with them. They listened to our concerns and accomodated us. We had seen so many temples and wanted a break from them so Kiwi suggested that we visit the Panda Zoo (instead of going to two shopping centers-we went to one) and that was such a welcomed break. Our son just loved the pandas, you have a wonderful zoo.

The highlight of our trip was the visit to the Great Wall, Ti'anamen Square and the Forbidden City. Your country is so rich in history and it's the best education we could have given our son.

The schedule of tours was excellent, but I think it would have been better if you had options - such as the panda zoo or another option you can

We planned on contacting you to tell you that we enjoyed our trip very much and it far exceeded our expectations! We were a bit apprehensive about the tour since we were not using a travel agent and trusting that China Highlights was legitimate, since everything about your firm was only by way of the internet. This was a big trip for us all and we really didn't really know what to expect in China itself. The best part of our trip which we did not realize from the start was in fact the tour guides and drivers you supplied us. When we arrived in Beijing, Joy was right there with her sign in hand welcoming us to China. As this was really a private tour we became very fond of her and depended on her in everything we did. She took care of us in every detail from translating for us, taking us to all our activities and making sure we were well informed on everything. She was like a mother looking after her children. Thank you very much for your help during our trip. We had a fantastic time in your beautiful country! Everything was arranged very well and that made our holiday very easy.

I think you will receive our evluation forms from all the guides,but just to let you know the last hotel we staied in Beijing "Travel Inn" in the Hutongs area , was very very good. The room was very clean,with hot water; staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. So,please recommend it for other guests stopping in Beijing!

Hi Angela,

First of all - I was extermely pleased with the everything about the tour.

Number one best of all was our guide,Fangfang Hu. She was absolutely perfect. She was kind, courteous, very intellent and knowledgeable about all the places we went. Even though we had seen most sights before, here interest and knowledge made most repeat visits seem like the first time we were there.

Hi Elaine

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful trip to Taishan. It's really a spectaculoar place (although our legs are really sore from walking down the mountain! We are really happy we did it though.)

Mary was very nice, very enthusiastic and helpful in all things. Everything really went smoothly with the airline, meeting Mary & our driver, and so forth and we really, really liked the Dai Temple and Puzhaou Temples--maybe a little quiet for some tourists, but so beautiful and peaceful. All our meals were very good and mary and our driver were very accomodating when we wanted to stop and take pictures in town of just everyday life. We had a great time and loved Mt. Tai and I woulod recommend your company and a very professional and trustworthy one.
