Good morning Cheryl,

Thank you very much for organizing our trip to Guilin last week. We really enjoyed our time with Sissie, she was the perfect tour guide and we wish her all the best for the future.

Even though our plane from Hong Kong was two hours late and arrived at 10pm Sissie and the driver Mr Wong were there to meet us with a pleasant smile and good humor while taking us to our hotel. Sissie organized for us to be ready at 8.00am the next morning and took us on the Li River cruise which we all enjoyed (even the lunch on the boat!) We took many photos and videos and met interesting people from all parts of the world.

Sissie was a great help when trying to communicate with shop assistants and other people selling souvenirs at the Reed Flute Cave and also at Elephant Hill Park. We all climbed to the top of Fubo Hill and enjoyed the view of Guilin and surrounding districts. My son and I are having a great time. Lemon was a great guide.She was very friendly and flexible and knowledgeable. Her English was very good, and my son enjoyed learning more Chinese even as he showed her a few English words. We enjoyed her company very much and would recommend her to anyone. She was helpful in guiding us to the best areas to shop and protecting us from traffic and overpriced sellers. She made sure we received what we would like for lunch at the restaurants. She informed us well of the culture of China and its current life. so far you guys are doing a good job.

Hi Angela We had a wonderful time. It was a trip we will always treasured and always remember in a very fond way. We thought that the weather will hamper us since we went during Christmas time and it was really cold!! But we still had a wonderful time!! The weather contributed to the mystic part of China. The best thing about the trip: Since language was a problem your guides were the best. They assisted in everything. They made our trip, all the communication, the entrances etc so easy. They even help us by writing down info in Chinese for the times that we were not with them so that we could get around specially with the taxi's. There is no way that we could have done this trip without the guides. They were essential to our trip, very helpful and very informative. We loved them all. We also think that the tour organizer (Angela Gong) did a terrific job in all the advice and suggestions she gave us. Hello Sunny,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I got caught up with work because I was out sick for almost a week since I came back from the trip.

Overall, we enjoy the trip to China. City wise, we like Hong Kong the most. I think it is because we are not getting used to the environment in other cities in China.

As for Hotel, we like the most are the Peninsula in Beijing and Harbour Plaza in Hong Kong. Hyatt in Xian is good too specially the room size.

I wish I could meet you in person when we were in Guilin. We just too tired from the early flight and the miscommunication between the hotel in Shanghai and us. To avoid this, the tour guide needs to pay more attention to the customer needs. In Bejing, Jay our tour guide did make sure we get our breakfast in the morning before we go so she did talk to the hotel to double check the time for breakfast.
