She went above and beyond her responsibilities to see after every detail for us. It is evident that she was well raised by her parents and taught to respect and treat others with kindness. I thought I would tell you this via email since the form you sent does not convey everything that she did for us. She was very punctual, stuck to the schedule planned and always put her best foot forward! Her English pronounciation and grammar were the best we've heard so far! Just wanted to say thanks! I had a great trip with Ally and our driver. They were both brilliant! I gave them both a good tip after 5 days work but I am not sure that you mentioned anywhere in the travel materials that travellers should tip in China. This was my first experience with an internet-based travel agency and I was very impressed with your efforts because: I gave you such short notice – only 3 working days notice; I got your fax at my hotel in Shijiazhuang when I had no internet access so communication about all my travel bookings the day before my trip was very reliable; and the itinerary was just what I wanted to do and see, very flexible and very useful for my landscape design work. So thank you again and I would be very happy to travel with your company again in the future.

Hi, Michaele
The terraces and the minority villages. The river cruise was nice but it’d be better if you could get away from the other boats on a smaller boat at a non-peak time of tourist traffic.Tracey was great. She was very helpful and fit things into our schedule. She even helped translate a short document for us.The food in the Longxi (sorry about the spelling) village was definitely the best. Slightly smaller portions would be OK even for two big Americans.
