Hi Delia,
Sorry to be so long in replying but I have been back at work and very busy catching up. I would like to thank you so much for organising our holiday. I think you are an excellent travel advisor. Your suggestions to upgrade and also to stay in the heart of the city in Beijing at the start of the tour and in Shanghai at the end of the tour were excellent. Being collected from the airport and driven there at the end of the trip also was great, it meant we were much more relaxed than if we had to organise it ourselves. There was a bit of a mix up boarding the correct ship for the Yangtze cruise and our guide ( I can't remember her name I think it was Colleen) went to a lot of trouble to ensure we and our luggage arrived on the Century Star in time. This meant phoning the ship to ask them to wait and getting us a taxi to transfer us between the two docks. She really did a great job.
If ever we visit China again, we certainly want you to arrange it for us. Thank you once again.
