Gopal's Feedback on 3-Day China Tour

Dear Ms.Delia Xie,

Good mornning.

Thanks for the note.My China tour was very good

for the time available to me.Shanghai was very good

the tour guide,Snow,the driver,I forget his name,took good care of us. Beijing was good too except that for Great Wall my wife decided to stay in the car to avoid walking. During this time and shortly before my return from the Wall the heating in the car was swithched off. Need I say the discomfort it caused to my wife? Another thing -it cost me just RME 30 from the Airport to Ramada Pudong Airport Hotel, Shanghai. It is a small amount and should be included in the cost of tour package for the convenience of the tourists. There was no free shuttle bus service available at that hour of the night as indicated in the tour plan. This I am telling you because you want to know my experience to use it in improving future tour planning and not as a complaint against any individual. I and my wife thank you for planning our China tour so well which we shall cherish for long and we would like to visit China again if time permits.
