Hi Delia,
It was my intention to email you as soon as I arrived home, however it was straight back to work and time ran away with me.
Our trip to Beijing was fantastic and Penn was a perfect guide and worked the day around us,it was only a shame we did not get to see the Square, however it is planned to come back again, this time with our daughter to spend more time there. Although my husband arrive Beijing next Monday for 2 days business.
Xian out of this world and Crystal was the most fantastic guide, I could not have asked for anyone better.She was polite courteous, good fun, knowledgeable and an asset to your company. I really do wish her well and please forward my best regards to her. Again I will come back to Xian with my daughter and would be really pleased if Crystal was our guide.
With regards to the organisation and the co-ordination of both trips,you were brilliant, co-operative, flexible and communicative and made the visits pleasurable and wanting to come back.
Definite thumbs up to you all.
