I just wanted to email you and commend one of your absolutely fantastic staff members, Nancy Deng.
It was a few weeks ago that I emailed China Highlights enquiring about a possible trip around Beijing and Xi’an, and it was Nancy Deng who responded to my emails and organised the trip.
It is not often that I would email or contact a worker’s supervisor to commend them on their service but in the case, I must say that Nancy absolutely deserves a special mention.
The entire time I spent dealing with her, she was incredibly polite, helpful, considerate, thoughtful, accommodating and efficient. She offered her own advice about bundling up tours and where it would be good to stay an extra night whilst also listening the needs myself and my travel partner were mentioning. She conducted herself in a friendly yet professional manner and answered any queries I had to perfection.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Nancy and hope she is congratulated in some manner. She is a truly great staff member and hope she knows how great our experience was in dealing with her.
I shall undoubtedly be recommending China Highlights to any friends or acquaintances I meet come across here in Australia considering travel in China, thanks to Nancy.

It was a really great trip. My travel partner and myself are definitely fans of China now and look forward to travelling to other parts at some point in the future.
