Hi Nancy, sorry for the late the reply.
Thank you for your concern and your assistance during our trip. We had a very pleasant experience with China Highlights. Overall, our journey went according to plan. One of the few things that caught us off guard a little bit was the weather. As you know, Shanghai was really hot, and because of the humidity, the sensation was even worse. I feel that we couldn't enjoy some of the locations because of the heat, especially in Hangzhou. As beautiful as the west lake was, I just wanted to go somewhere with an air conditioner. Rain wasn't so much of a problem except for one day. The very same day we were going to Hua Mountain. The rain and wind were just too strong for us to climb and we ended up turning back.
All of our tour guides were very kind and helpful. We don't have any complains about that. Like I said, overall we had a great trip and I will most definitely return to china soon.
