Adam's Feedback on 5-Day China Tour

Hi William,

Just got to Shanghai. I had a great time in Beijing. I just wanted to give you some feedback on the tour. I had a lovely time seeing the attractions you arranged for me also I got to see a Kung Fu show that my guide arranged which was one of the highlights.

I would like to pass on many thanks to my guide Stephen. Stephen made my tour very special and stands as a good representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable about Beijing and showed real passion about his city, he was also able to answer all my questions however random. The level of service provided by both Stephen and the driver exceeded my expectations, from picking my up at the airport to dropping me back off.

I wish I had longer to have seen more of Beijing and would love to come back one day, I hope I enjoy tomorrow and Saturdays tour as much. I will email again after I have completed my Shanghai tour and will also give full feedback to your company manager.

Hi William,

Hope you are well and enjoying the holidays. Just wanted to let you know I enjoyed the tour of Shanghai. Jason the tour guide was also very good and helped me to enjoy both days of the tour. Once again the level of service was over what was expected. Jason was both friendly and very knowledgable, also spoke a very good level of English.
