Hi Jane,

Our holiday trip ended yesterday and I am back in office today.

For the benefit of our future trips and for China Highlights to take better care of their customers, I would like to provide the following feedbacks:

1)The customers’age and health condition must be taken into consideration and customers be well informed in advance of the different level of difficulties at each attractions e.g. the number of steps/cliff to & from and time taken; we were told Jindao Xia has got more than 300 steps and it takes about 3 hours of non-stop walking to tour the whole place. This is definitely out for my group of 5 seniors had I know earlier.

2)To view only the major items (ignore the smaller ones) in each attraction, allow time for photo taking and leisure walking/rest time. At attractions where touts are known to be present, the guide must be able to manage the situation and escort us safely to the bus.

3)Spell to us clearly that each person is allowed a budget of up to RMB50 for each meal, any difference will be out of our own pocket and let us choose the local specialities of our choice with a copy of the restaurant’s a la carte menu for reference.

4)Although we did not accord an A* to the guide David, he did scored A for his effort in assisting my wheelchair-bound Dad to navigate around and keeping him company when my Dad did not want to join us in certain activities. We also want to commend the bus Shifu for his attentiveness to my Dad’s need and for his good driving skill, the bus rides were smooth and no emergency brake was applied throughout our whole trip.

Once again, thank you Jane for arranging the trip and ensuring we are well taken care of. We will definitely go back to you for our next trip and based on our feedback above, it will be an even greater trip!
