we would like you to know how much we value all the hard work your wonderful member of staff leon long has put into putting a package of tour itineries together for our biggest holiday ever, to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in November 2012. Straight away Leon was much better than the other 5 companies we inquired with, as he replied promptly (next day always) he let us know when he wasnt available and always answered our questions fully (others didnt). Leon's English is perfect, his manners impecable and his knowledge of all places, transport and everything related to touring appears to be spot on, he has been very helpful with suggesting other options and in keeping to our budget. We are both very impressed and would like you to pass on our kind regards. We have built up a bit of a friendship and had actually hoped we might get to meet him but we understand that is not going to be possible, shame, we would like to shake his hand.

We are very very happy with the most amazing holiday weve just had with you. Leon Long was great at juggling your products with our likes and our wallet. The private guides was an expense that we knew would be worth while because you get individual attention and not have to wait for stragglers getting back on the bus but it also had unexpected bonuses like having an expert to guide us with ordering food so we were much more adventurous than we'd have been on our own, the same with using the metro in Shanghai, after our guides help it was no problem. We also found that guides speeded our flow through queues at attractions, stations and airports.
