Sylvia's Feedback on 6-Day China Tour

Hi Sunny,

We just got back from our Dali/Lijiang tour today. We all had a good time. The tour guides, Lisa (at Dali) and Leo (at Lijiang) were very good and professional. Leo was very friendly, patient and accomodating. The driver, Mr Foo(?), was also very good. He's friendly, courteous and always punctual.

The weather was a bit hot during our tour so we had a bit of a rough time during our golf game in Lijiang. Also, at the Jiangnanchun Hotel in Ljiang, the rooms were quite warm and stuffy as we could not turn on the aircond. It was the hotel's policy not to turn on the aircond during this period. Hence some of us had a hard time sleeping in the warm room. Leo, did a good job of helping to change some of our rooms after the first night, which helped to improve the situation a little bit.

One more thing, you mentioned that the 20kg luggage weight allowance for the domestic flight includes the golf bag. Actually the allowance for golf bag is 15kg and it's separate from the normal 20kg luggage weight allowance. We only realise this, this morning at the airport when we checked in for the Lijiang-Kunming flight. We were all afraid of being overweight so we restrained ourselves from shopping for too many things. If we had known, we would had done more shopping. Anyway, it's not a big problem. Our husbands are probably happy we didn't spend too much on shopping. Ha Ha!

All of us have reached home safely.  On behalf of all members in our group, like to thank you for your hardwork
and really made our stay in Lijiang a wonderful one. Your good command in English,  wide knowledge and
good history also brought lots of interest to our tour. You are one of the BEST tour guide we have met with very
pleasant personality.  Friendly, patient, understanding and helpful.  Keep up !
 
Hope to see you again should we have the opportunity to visit other parts of Lijiang, maybe next year. Should
