Dear Mr. Steven Zhao,
In one week from now we are leaving with our family for our trip to China. We are really looking forward to this. It's quite an investment, but I would like my family to get to know a little bit more of this very interesting country and culture. It's important for our children to learn more about the world we are living in.
It's always a little bit a risk to work with a travel organization so far away. But I would like to express my great appreciation for the way we were served by China Highlights up until now. Our travel advisor Nora Ou has been very efficient, helpfull and friendly. It was really a pleasant surprise for me to experience this kind of service. I hope that our trip will be as pleasant as was the preparation.
