Hi Candy,
I would like to thank you on behalf of my wife, daughter and myself for the exceptional organisation of yourself/company.Everything went like clockwork - we never had to wonder if we would have any mishap.
Hindsight is not always helpful at the time but we did wish we had more time to discover certain aspects of our venue(s) either on our own or part of the tour.For example: we are both fit and keen walkers and would have loved to have more time to walk around the extensive gardens at the Summer Palace away ffrom the maddening crowds. A suggestion:The park overlooking the Forbidden City would be an ideal starrting point before actually stepping into the city.It gives a great overview of the expanse of the city.
I'm not sure of the communications behind the scenes but with our delayed flights (Shenzhen - Beijing (6 hours late) and then the flight into Shanghai) our guides were there waiting.Again many thanks.
Thank you very much again for all your help and support and we wouldn't hesitate recommending you and your company to anyone who will be visiting China.
