I hope you are well. I've had a really good overall experience in general.
My guides were better, and they helped raised my expectation of China Highlights guide service. They were very friendly, energetic and always made me feel welcome. Sometime when the schedule wasn't full, I would've appeciated spending more time to look around instead of finishing early, but on the flip side, I appreciated the guides staying longer than they needed to for some days. In summary, they always made sure that my arrangements were ok, listened to my needs and was very patient.
I'm glad I'd booked with China Highlights. I would definately be interested in booking with China Highlights again, and would recomend it to others as well.
