Dear Mrs. KarenYang
First of all we want to thank you very much for your excellent arrangements about our trip to China. Never before we have had the experience that anybody from the travel agency called us half the way.
It’s not so easy to tell what is best, but we felt that the Xian with the terracotta warriors and also the city with its many flowers was the most interesting and beautiful. All the arrangements in the itinerary were in high quality.
All the other places were each on their way most interesting to visit. On the cruise I participated the optional tour to Shi Bao Zhai too and climbed to the very top.
The guides: the female guides was no doubt the best. Sunny in Shanghai. At Jiangnan Silk Shop we bought 2 silk downs. Lee Ann in Pingqyao, Michelle in Xian. We want to ad - that Jytte brooked a piece of one of her front teeth, and Michelle took us to a dentist hospital in the afternoon and next morning at 8. AM the dentist repaired the tooth properly to a low cost. She took us to an amazing factory of terracotta and furniture. She advised us a very good meal. The guide in Yichang was very friendly and suggested us to see the city, but we rejected that - instead she helped us buying some tea.
Charlie Song in Chongqing is a lazy fellow. He forgot water until we asked for it. He was very helpful about the hot pot dinner. Jason was okay – we saw him just very shortly. We decided not to take the Maklev train – no traffic problems early in the morning.
Chinese meal: We liked the Chinese food – the differences in taste and specially the vegetables, but it isn′t easy for some in our age to get used of Chinese meals. The last night in Shanghai, we vent to the Radisson Hotel and dined on the 45. Floor revolving restaurant – what a view and meal.
Hotels: You might have done some efforts to give us upgrading of the rooms. We were upgraded in Shanghai, on the cruise and in Chongqing. Thanks a lot for that. The bed in Yuijincheng Folk is very hard for middle age people.
We eagerly want to send you a special gift from Denmark for thanks
Niels and Jytte
