Hi Karen,
We have enjoyed our tour and finally returned home safely with lots of memories.
The tour itinerary was most suitable for our pace. Your guides all gave good service especially Kobe Chen ( Guilin ) and Tom ( Beijing ) were outstanding . They were very fluent in english and knows the geography / history of areas very well, more impressively they were able to engage and involved us in building up good long- term relationship with clients. We would certainly use them again the next time we visit.
The entire tour was a great experience but Guilin and Beijing exceeded expectations from arrival to departure. We would love to stay at least a night if not longer at Yangzhou when we next visit Guilin.
The Yangtze cruise on the' Yangtze gold I ' would have exceeded expectations but for the room location.
So if not for the disappointment the cruise could have been our high point too for the scenery on the cruise route was breath taking at times.
Of course, Karen your help and prompt service even going out of your way to service us during the cruise was most comforting. Thank you very much for your assistance before, during and after the tour. The mobile phone was a great help and convenience.
