My trip was very well organised by China Highlights (CH); I really enjoyed the trip. In particular the pick-up and drop-off arrangements was a good investment; the help of the guide saved me a lot of fuss about taking a train etc.

My trip was very well organised by China Highlights (CH); I really enjoyed the trip.
In particular the pick-up and drop-off arrangements was a good investment; the help of the guide saved me a lot of fuss about taking a train etc.
Some minor issues:
Embarassing for me and for hotels at registration: CH used all my 'first' names which are in my passport:
All my first names; Hubert-us Herman-us Maria, were used at registration. Many Chinese computers could not handle this.
My suggestion: ask your client for his given name and family name: Mine is just: Hubert. and use that.
