I must say we had an excellent holiday. We were met everywhere we went and our guides were charming. Couldn't do enough for us and were well informed. Joy in Beijing was an absolute delight. She made our stay there something to remember and was always thoughtful and caring. There were tears at the airport when we left. She made our stay memorable and interesting. Freeman in Xian was also wonderful. We found the trip fulfilling to say the least. The trip down the Yangtze was fantastic, a much needed reprieve after an exhausting week. Our hotels were good. The Anting Villa in Shanghai will become our stop off when we go there on business. Bruce goes over there about every six weeks and he was impressed. The best part of the trip was the smooth organisation of our tour by China Highlights and the quality of the attractions and inclusions in the tour.

Our guide, Allen, was an absolute delight. He was friendly, knowledgeable, bright and had a great sense of humour. Along with our driver, they made every moment of our tour a highlight. His love for Beijing shows at all time and makes a very pleasant change. I would like to commend Allen at the highest level for making a holiday such a terrific experience. I would also like this feedback to be passed on to both Allen and our driver. The Beijing Duck dinner and the Kung Fu show were both a fantastic experience

Dear Eva,

We have returned from our trip tonight and i just wanted to let you know that everything was WONDERFUL! There wasn't one problem. Our guides and drivers were all wonderful and were very punctual, caring and informative. Our guide in Chongqing, Fiona, was great. We wanted to change the itinerary a bit and she was extremely flexible and accommodating.

The Victoria boat was fantastic and both Ann and I were very grateful to you for upgrading us to this boat. We met lovely people and had a very memorable trip.

My dealings with you and your company have been very smooth from the very beginning and i will certainly call on you again the next time I travel to China.

Good morning Cheryl,

Thank you very much for organizing our trip to Guilin last week. We really enjoyed our time with Sissie, she was the perfect tour guide and we wish her all the best for the future.

Even though our plane from Hong Kong was two hours late and arrived at 10pm Sissie and the driver Mr Wong were there to meet us with a pleasant smile and good humor while taking us to our hotel. Sissie organized for us to be ready at 8.00am the next morning and took us on the Li River cruise which we all enjoyed (even the lunch on the boat!) We took many photos and videos and met interesting people from all parts of the world.

Sissie was a great help when trying to communicate with shop assistants and other people selling souvenirs at the Reed Flute Cave and also at Elephant Hill Park. We all climbed to the top of Fubo Hill and enjoyed the view of Guilin and surrounding districts.
