Dear Karen, now I am back in Sofia. I would like to thank you and all our guides and drivers for the excellent services that they offered us during our trip through China. Everything was exactly as we wanted and according to the programme. I understood that the clients feedback is very important for your company. Thus, I would like to make some comments. 1st - the organisation: it was a pleasure to specify all the details of our trip with you. The information in your web-site was very useful and helped us to choose an itinerary according to our interests. The contact through e-mails was very easy and independant from the working hours and time difference. I would suggest to everyone who would like to visit China to organise his trip through your organisation, the quality of service is really guarantee! 2nd - Beijing: the sites that we visited in Beijing ( the Tiananmen square, the forbidden city, the temple of heaven, the great wall and the huttongs) were very interesting and impressive, but may be you should think about the possibility to include the Summer Palace in the preliminary programme. Our guide Julia was extremely attentive and well organised. I would like to mention also our driver (I am sorry, but I forgot his name), he was really very attentive and experienced! 3rd - Xi'an: the army of terracotta warriors is really something very special, that cannot be seen anywere else! I would like to exprime my satisfaction from our guide Lisa. She is really very experienced and well organised! The site visits with her were really very interesting! 4th - Chengdu and the Mount Emei: these places really worth to be visited! Our guide Luis was attentive and followed strictly our programme, though not very experienced, he made our trip there enjoyable. 5th - Chonqging: our guide Peter ensured us a very pleasanr stay in this town. He have a wide knowledge on the sites and excellent communication and organisation skills. 6th- Guilin: it is really like a piece of paradise on the earth! The visit of Guilin, the rice terraces and the cruise on river Li with our guide Alex was the best part of our trip. With Alex I have the filling that I am visiting these beautiful sights with a friend! Thank you Alex. 7th- Shanghai:it is a great place and we had a wonderful time with our guide, who is friendly and attentive. Once more, thank you Karen! Best regards to you and Alex,
