I want to compliment Carol on her great service for our trip so far! My friend and I are traveling to Beijing and Xian - tracking code G100812039 - and Carol has been making the arrangements. We got to you via the Internet at the suggestion of Charlie Li with Fly CHina here in the U.S. I work for Amadeus and Fly China is a customer of Amadeus.
In any case, I just wanted to say how helpful Carol has been and tell you how much we appreciate it.

The arrangements you made for Diane and I in China were excellent and we want to thank you for all that you did. The drivers and guides were very professional and knowledgeable and we truly enjoyed our time in Beijing and Xian. As I think I might have mentioned before the only part that we would have done differently is eliminate the roast duck restaurant - or more correctly - replace it with a place more to our liking. We are not fond of large, tourist type establishments. We left off some of the shopping stops for the same reason. The guides were very accomodating though and it all worked out well.
I have copied your supervisor so she will know how well you did for us. I will also recommend you and China Highlights to friends considering a trip to China.
