I would like to thank you and your staff DORIS for a very professional and kind accommodation for all the inquiries I've been asking for our foregoing trip to Beijing. Doris specially answered relatively all my questions and inquiries regarding my planned Iterinary.

Even small details, she never failed to answer all my queries. There was also a time even on weekends ( which was supposed rest days for you guys). She still answered my questions and queries.

Wish all travel advisors are as accommodating as Doris.

Good day Doris,

I would like to thank you for being a part of our great vacation in Beijing. From our planning stage up to the time we are already there you are still continuing to follow up our condition and whereabouts. I greatly appreciate the times when you are calling JEFF ( our tour guide) to check on us if we are doing great. It feels personal that you are not doing that only for your company but for yourself as well.

Regarding our guide JEFF. He was the BEST. He was magnificent and very knowledgable of your culture. He and our driver are always on the Dot, on Time on our schedules, if not they are about 15 minutes ahead. He and our driver are willing to extend beyond the allowable hours for our day tour ( I believe they re allowed only 8 hours ). Sometimes we start at 9 am and finished around 8 pm. There was not a single time that we felt unsafe.

Regarding our Lunch/Dinner. I don't think JEFF followed our planned food orders because He was ordering food for us beyond what was planned. We are the ones telling JEFF to stop ordering more food. We were sometimes worried he might go beyond his budget, but this simple things made us very special.

We and Jeff revised our initial planned Iterinary without hassles because somewhat the Wether intervened. Of ten times we've finished our tour ahead of time that's why we are adding tours beyond what was planned.
