I write this email to thank you for making Patrick our guide in Beijing . Patrick was excellent . He had to deal with an older group of experienced travellers and he was able to show us all the sights of Beijing in a very professional way. Unfortunately a couple of our tour group were ill and Patrick was able to help them obtain the necessary medicines . He was a very caring guide who looked after us all very well .
We had the chance to meet many guides in our 3 weeks in China and Patrick was our best .
Client has enjoyed the trip very much. Thank you for your arrangement.
Firstly thanks for all your efforts; we all had a great time and really enjoyed China. All your help and advice was much appreciated. We are amazed at the progress being made in China
So here is a summary of the trip
Your gift massage at Spring City; all the group were very impressed so thank you again.
Guides; we were all very impressed with nearly all the guides. They were very understanding of this elderly group; helpful, interesting and easy to deal with
Land transport; again it all worked well and the drivers were good. On a few occasions we could have done with a slightly larger bus but really it is a small criticism.
Hotels; all very good. Maybe the Sheraton in Guilin needs a refurbishment but really they were very acceptable
Food; we loved the food especially the girls who were a bit worried at the start of the trip. The food was varied and well received. The group were super impressed with the meal at Bai Jia Beijing but also lunch at Renija Kunming, the duck in Beijing; in fact all very good in spite of 4 of the group getting tummy bug at some stage of the tour.
Golf; very happy with the courses we played. We group voted Sunshine the best but the Lake View at Spring City was a close second. The scenery at Stone Forest was great even if the course needed some work. We had a few problems with some rented clubs but that was sorted. Maybe next time we pay the extra and bring our own clubs
Other non Golf Activities; all very enjoyable. Clearly we were super impressed with Terracotta Warriors but the shows in Shanghai, Kunming and Beijing were very good indeed
Cities visited; the group loved Shanghai and Beijing and of course Xian and Kunming. Given our time over again maybe we would have passed on Guilin and spent more time in Shanghai
Flights; although there were some grumbles that we had too many flights; they all worked extremely well and there were no flight problems etc. We were all very impressed with the airport terminals and how baggage etc was handled , etc.
