Pou's Feedback on 11-Day China Tour

Greetings and this is a quick email from Sydney. Although my wife, Pou has been communicating with Simon, I have been patiently reading all the correspondence between them.
We were first introduced to your Company by my sister, Chai who lives in Hawaii. At that time we had already started making some enquiries from different companies for our original party of only 4 pax for a tour of China to include Beijing, Xian, the Yangtse cruise and Shanghai.
I have been most impressed with Simon's prompt responses to all our queries however trivial they might have been and his calm patience whilst we have got back to him with an increased tour party of 6 and then finally 8.Obviously, we have had to request different costings for the larger group as well as for some minor changes to the itinerary, too.
Please pass on our warmest congratulations and thanks to Simon for his professionalism and hard wiork and we do hope to finalise this tour shortly with you'll once we get some final adjustments from Simon.

Our entire tour group thoroughly enjoyed Beijing and all of this would ever have happened if we did not have a very helpful, friendly and very efficient guide in Betty. Her English is very good and from Day 1 she took care of all our touristic needs with a minimum of fuss. No job or task was too big for her and she was always very helpful with her vast knowledge of Chinese history whenever we asked her questions.
She didn't have to be asked but she was always there to lend a helping hand with my elderly mother-in-law (Popo) and Popo also thoroughly enjoyed all the help and attention she got from Betty. Maybe our only regret was that we did not have 10 in our tour group so that we could've taken Betty with us to all our other China destinations. Needless to say that she has very good people skills, is very friendly, bubbly and smiles and laughs all the time. She can certainly empathise with any of her tour group for sure. We never ever saw her even get a little bit angry or annoyed during our whole trip as I'm sure we must've exasperated her some of the time with all our questions and attention.
She would always go that extra mile very much beyond her call of duty with us such as get down with us at the Silk Market and the Wangfuchin (?) Eat Street to show us around, organise some breakfast boxes for the last day when we had to make an early start for our Xian flight and , generally, gave us some very hand tips as to where to shop and eat, about the local customs, organised the wheelchair, etc.
Please pass on our most sincere thanks, appreciation and congratulations to Betty on a job very well done and I do sincerely hope you'll will hang on to her and utilise her many and varied skills as she can be a very good ambassador for China Highlights.
